This free Grizzly Adams movie is lovely as it's full of good messages for kids. It teaches kids to trust people, to persevere, to be patient, to be hopeful and to be grateful. 

This film shows a time in which men were not assumed to be paedophiles and were therefore not afraid to approach a little girl in need and give her the care she needed. It is also set in nature with animals, which helps children become sympathetic to ecology.
